This session will explore the current state of play around access and representation within the creative industries – specifically in R&D and innovation. How do we ensure that the current crisis does not exacerbate existing inequalities? What works to address issues of diversity and inclusion in this part of the sector? How do we ensure that as we rebuild, we aren’t rebuilding the same barriers faced by innovators and research talent before the pandemic?
