Mair Morel has been with Boomtown since its inception 12 years ago. She has developed her skill set alongside the show through various roles from performer, coordinator and production manager, to her current role as Creative Producer.

Producing show that deliver a narrative through immersive theatre with one-on-one intimate interactions on the ground, as well as large scale spectacles on 20,000+ capacity main stages, provides challenging yet rewarding and deeply satisfying work experience and job variety. Mair’s experience at Boomtown gives her a profound understanding of its audience, complexities, ambition, and scale.

She is inspired by engaging young and new audiences, and creating environments for them to explore and discover the unique style of theatre that Boomtown has become internationally renowned for. Mair was recently the winner of Innovate UK’s Global Business Innovation Programme – “Audiences of the Future” and invited to SXSW as a key player in the creative industries.
