Theo Jones is an Oscar-nominated VFX Supervisor. Theo joined Framestore as a Technical CG Artist in 2003, developing CG solutions on pictures such as Troy, Doom, and Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire. In 2005 he relocated to Framestore New York, to establish the 3D Integrated Advertising team as Senior Technical Director. In 2009 he settled into the diverse role of CG/VFX Supervisor across commercials and Framestore’s rapidly expanding VR Studio.

Theo’s recent work includes the Lockheed Mars Bus (winning 19 Cannes Lions,) Battle for Avengers Tower, and content generation for Morgan Stanley’s ‘Digital Signage’ overhaul. He rejoined the film division in London as CG Supervisor on a range of projects including Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 and Paddington 2. He has just been nominated for the Academy Award in Visual Effects for his role as VFX Supervisor on Disney’s Christopher Robin.
