Hotel Discount for BEYOND Attendees
We are delighted to be able to offer all BEYOND in-person attendees access to exclusive discounted hotel rates at a selection of hotels in Cardiff City Centre. A full buffet breakfast is included, as well as VAT at 20%, plus you can cancel for free up to 7 days prior to arrival (by 14:00 local time). Please note that full payment will be taken 7 days prior to arrival from the credit card supplied at time of booking
Discount Rail Fares to Cardiff
Find out if you’re eligible for one of Great Western Railway’s special conference fares when travelling to BEYOND. This discount is available at most GWR stations to Cardiff and fares can be booked 3 months in advance, with October fares available from 1st August 2022. Please note that you will need to show proof of your ticket for the conference whilst you are travelling
