World in a Cell is a research project by the USC World Building Media Lab in partnership with the USC Bridge Institute, driven by an interdisciplinary team of artscientists whose aim is to build a robust new language for cellular biology that will transcend previous visual systems. Alongside developing a universal modular architecture for the constituents of the Pancreatic Beta Cell, it has established artscience as a unique discipline for the work.

Masterclass lead by Prof Paul Moore, on the importance of collaboration during the ongoing crisis and how working creatively can address the very worst challenges presented by Covid-19. Productivity within the Future Screens NI Cluster, led by Paul, has enhanced by 228% since lockdown. The cluster has built new strategic partnerships, invested £10.5mn, generating more than 90 live R&D projects, and creating 212 new high-level jobs.
