DIVERSIFYING AUDIENCES AT BEYOND
BEYOND’s new Pay It Forward scheme is designed to help broaden BEYOND’s audiences and improve equality, diversity and inclusion across the conference.
Funded by companies and individuals, with all donations match-funded by BEYOND Studio, the new Pay it Forward scheme covers the full cost of a BEYOND Conference ticket. The fund is aimed at those who are unable to afford a full price ticket, with tickets allocated at random as funds are donated. Anyone aged 18 or over can apply to the fund.
The Pay it Forward ticket provides access to the two-day conference programme plus Festival, includes lunch on Tuesday November 24 and Wednesday November 25, but does not cover any travel or accommodation costs. Concession tickets are also available, providing those eligible with guaranteed access.

HOW IT WORKS – FOR APPLICANTS
Anyone can apply for a Pay it Forward ticket – here’s how:
> Make sure you are available to attend BEYOND Conference on November 24 and 25th at MediaCity, Salford and that you can cover your own costs for travel and, if needed, accommodation. The ticket does not cover these costs.
> Sign up using the form below to be added to the ballot.
> If you are selected for a ticket, you will receive a notification with a one time code to register your ticket.
> Make sure you register your ticket within five days – codes not used within this time will be reallocated to the next person.
> Await your free ticket!
Note that Pay it Forward tickets may be limited while the fund builds. Tickets are allocated at random from the waiting list with availability determined by donations received. The number of Pay it Forward tickets available is not capped, and will grow in line with the donation fund.

HOW IT WORKS – FOR CONTRIBUTORS
If you are an organisation or individual purchasing BEYOND Conference tickets online, you will have the option to contribute to the Pay it Forward scheme at the time of purchase. The amount you donate will be matched by BEYOND Studio.
We welcome all donations to the fund, big or small, so that we can continue to improve diversity at BEYOND Conference.
