Speaker Biography

Zara Beth is a content creator, author, and disability advocate from the UK.​​​ She shares videos about her life as a neurodivergent person, navigating life with neurological conditions and chronic illness.

Her content focuses on wheelchair accessibility, travel, finding community, accepting yourself after diagnosis, and advocating for various health conditions to help educate and improve understanding.

Zara published a book this year about her experiences as a disabled and neurodivergent person. She is also a speaker on disability, neurodiversity and mental health and works with companies to provide accessibility consultancy and improve travel for disabled people.

She has been twice nominated as a ‘Positive Role Model for Disability’ in the National Diversity Awards, and was shortlisted for the ‘Social Media Influencer’ award in the Scope Awards 2025.
