Professor Taejun (David) Lee is a public policy scholar at the KDI School of Public Policy and Management, and holds a PhD in Communications from the University of Tennessee. Currently, Lee leads the Open Government & Innovation Lab and researches how digital technology can bolster civic engagement, data-driven governance, and sustainable development.
