Speaker Biography

Mark is a Development Consultant within the Creative Industries with a varied portfolio of projects bridging public and private sectors. His engagements always have a strong policy or development focus, and specific strengths in targeted strategy definition; the combination of content and emerging digital technologies; and the connection of creative investment and global markets.
Mark has been part of the MyWorld programme since its inception, leading activity around Partnerships and Investment. He is also currently an adviser to the Department for Business & Trade and the West of England Combined Authority.
