Hilary is an independent cultural consultant helping creative and cultural organisations worldwide with organizational, digital and content strategies that will make them more responsive and resilient in a fast-changing world. Her clients include artists, cultural SMEs, foundations, and public institutions.

Hilary combines 20 years’ experience of delivering digital and content strategies for creative and cultural organisations this with hands-on experience in strategic planning and implementation; creative leadership; developing content partnerships; delivering innovation projects; and creating change in organisational cultures.

Her previous roles include Senior Consultant with AEA Consulting, Director of Digital at Tate, and leadership positions at Film4, Channel 4, and the BBC.
