Speaker Biography

Gabrielle Shiner-Hill worked as an Industrial Fellow at Bath Spa University, collaborating with Fashion Museum Bath on fashion digitisation and heritage preservation. She bridges textile craftsmanship, digital innovation, and academic research, developing methodologies for digitising historical fashion assets and fidelity of textiles in 3D environments. Through her consultancy shinerhilldesign and co-founding Bureau 555, she has pioneered 3D sampling workflows across global supply chains. Gabrielle teaches at University of the Arts London and the Victoria and Albert Museum, leading the Digital Fashion Course. Trained in Textile Design at Central Saint Martins, she champions digital literacy as essential to fashion’s sustainable future.
