Speaker Biography

Charlotte is a Senior Consultant at Connected Places Catapult, working in the Regional Innovation Team. She oversees the UK Innovation Districts Group – a peer-led network of leading UK Innovation Districts driving best practice, shaping national policy and championing inclusive innovation. Charlotte has advised senior officials and politicians in the UK and New Zealand across local and central government. She has a particular interest in community engagement and designing place-based policy and interventions co-created with diverse communities.
