Carolyn Nasiff is the Operations and Business Development Manager for the UK, US, and UAE at Save Your Wardrobe (SYW), an LVMH Innovation Award-winning Retail Tech company building the infrastructure for digital aftercare. SYW helps luxury brands and retailers transform how they deliver care and repair by digitising and automating manual processes to unlock efficient operations and seamless post-purchase experiences at scale. The company also partners with the BFTT programme and the University of Cambridge to advance digital innovation in garment care and upcycling.

At Save Your Wardrobe, Carolyn leads operational strategy and international growth, driving partnerships and a global network of service providers that help brands map, design, and scale aftersales- extending product lifecycles and embedding circularity at scale.

Originally from Boston, USA, Carolyn holds a BSc in Fashion Management from the London College of Fashion and an MSc in Sustainable Resources: Economics, Policy and Transitions from University College London. Her expertise bridges fashion, technology, and sustainability, exploring how innovation can drive systemic change across the retail value chain.
