Over the past year, we’ve built the UK’s first fully circular textile system — turning discarded garments into valuable materials through AI and data.

At its heart is Ai4Fibres, our mobile, AI-powered sorting unit that identifies complex fibre blends on-site, transforming how governments, brands, and recyclers manage waste. By digitising textile streams at fibre level, we unlock traceability, transparency, and local reuse — proving that sustainable innovation can be both scalable and circular.

We have created the system on back on a trailer which is solar powered.
