Conference catering

We will be offering a daily vegan or vegetarian lunch menu with water, tea and coffee available all day.

Lunch Options

This year we’re offering grab-and-go boxed Vegan and Vegetarian lunches to maximise everyone’s networking time. A gluten-free (GF) option will be available.

Drinks: Tea, coffee, and water will be available throughout the day.

Allergies: If you have a serious allergy (i.e. one that may require medical intervention), and the options below won’t meet your needs, please email [email protected] before 18 November 2025 so we can discuss your requirements. We will endeavour to accommodate wherever possible.

Day one

VegetArian (V)

• New Yorker Emmental sandwich on malted brown bread
• Greek-style orzo & black rice salad with feta, olives, and tomatoes
• Mushroom & squash sausage roll
• Lemon meringue blondie and an apple

Vegan (Ve)

• Coronation chickpea sandwich on malted brown bread
• Broccoli, broad bean, pea & buckwheat salad with mustard dressing
• Mushroom & squash sausage roll
• Dark chocolate brownie and an apple

Day Two

VegetArian (V)

• Cheese, caramelised onion chutney & spinach sandwich on malted bread
• Mediterranean vegetable salad with freekeh & red lentils in a harissa dressing
• Coronation yellow split-pea tart with tomato & toasted almonds
• Iced Bakewell slice and a plum

Vegan (Ve)

• Vegan “ploughman’s” cheese sandwich on malted bread
• Quinoa, tomato, chickpea & pepper salad in a green-curry dressing
• Coronation yellow split-pea tart with tomato & toasted almonds
• Raspberry red velvet slice and a plum
