CONFERENCE CATERING

We will be offering a daily vegan menu with a choice of optional vegetarian sides, as well as a gluten free option. Water, tea and coffee will also be available all day.

TUESDAY 26 NOVEMBER

OPTION 01 Sweet potato, chickpea and spinach curry, toasted almonds and coriander. Served with aromatic rice, warm naan bread, tomato, red onion and chilli salad and yoghurt

OPTION 02 Penne pasta with Roast sweet peppers, courgette, red onion and aubergine in tomato sauce. Served with freshly baked ciabatta, rocket leaves and parmesan

WEDNESDAY 27 NOVEMBER

OPTION 01 Roast root vegetable and tomato casserole. Served with garlic & herb roasted new potatoes and broccoli

OPTION 02 Vegan chilli. Served with lime & coriander rice, sour cream & nacho chips
