BEYOND 2022 offers a range of opportunities for individuals and organisations to showcase their projects and research, host discussions and workshops, as well as meet new partners, funders and collaborators.

Showcasing Projects
The BEYOND Immersive Future Lab (IFL) provides opportunities to showcase cutting-edge prototype projects and R&D. The Lab will be hosted in the conference venue on the 18-19 October and open to all in-person conference speakers and delegates. Showcased projects will also have a dedicated online presence on the BEYOND website and benefit from marketing and communications support in the lead-up to the conference.

Limited spaces remaining
Exhibition stands in the Immersive Futures Lab start from £1,999 + VAT and include a 2 x 2 metres sq space, bespoke signage, large monitor and furniture, as well as 2 x BEYOND In Person Tickets + discounts for additional tickets or BEYOND Dinner.
Expo Pavilions at BEYOND start from £4,999 + VAT and include a dedicated exhibition space or room (4-6 expo stands depending on size) bespoke signages, screens, furniture, as well as 6 x BEYOND In Person Tickets + discounts for additional tickets or BEYOND Dinner.

Partner Programming
The Day 02 BEYOND programme strand, on 19 October, is an opportunity for partners to develop and deliver workshops, short talks and/or demos, supported by the BEYOND event production and comms teams. The Day 02 programme will be included in the conference schedule and aligned with the BEYOND themes.
All proposed events will be evaluated against these themes before being accepted into the programme and then allocated time in the schedule on a first-come-basis.

Limited spaces left
The standard cost for a 60 minute event (workshop, short talk, demo etc) with an anticipated audience of 25-50 delegates is £799 + VAT. This includes a dedicated room with basic AV set-up, delegate management and event production support, as well as 2 x BEYOND In Person tickets + discounts for additional tickets or the BEYOND Speakers and Delegates Dinner.
Poster Exhibition
Doctoral Candidates and Early Career Researchers are invited to submit abstracts to feature their work in this year’s online Poster Exhibition at BEYOND. Submissions will be required to focus on the main conference themes. If you are interested in applying to exhibit, please review the Call for Papers (CFP) and apply using the application for link below.

The exhibition cost per early career researcher is £59 + VAT. This includes a ticket to the full BEYOND online programme, dedicated page on the BEYOND website and the opportunity to present your research as part of a Meet the Researchers session online.
