Speaker Biography
Dr Nana Yu-I Lee is a cultural strategist, researcher and writer working at the intersection of arts, technology and policy. She has over a decade of experience leading international research and strategy projects across the UK, APAC, ASEAN and parts of the Global South. As Senior Researcher at Tom Fleming Creative Consultancy (TFCC), she has led major studies on cultural futures, creative technology and innovation ecosystems, with commissioned work across Mainland China, Malaysia, Vietnam, Indonesia, Mongolia, Oman, Grenada and the UAE. Her recent research examines digital innovation in the creative industries, the role of
creative R&D, and models of culture-led, cross-sector partnership. Prior to TFCC, as Senior Account Director at Sutton, she managed international communications and partnership strategies for museums, biennials and cultural brands. Earlier, as Head of External Relations and Digital Services at the Taipei Fine Arts Museum, she oversaw major campaigns, digital
initiatives and international programmes including the Taipei Biennial and Taiwan’s Pavilion at the Venice Biennale.
