Susan Cummings, Managing Director of Tiny Rebel Games and co-founder of Fictioneers Ltd, has over 20 years of experience in video game development and publishing, including production, strategy, business development, M&A.

Susan leads the team at Fictioneers developing the Audience of the Future Moving Image Demonstrator ‘Wallace & Gromit: The Big Fix Up’, funded by UKRI. The Big Fix Up is an augmented and mixed reality adventure will be released in Autumn 2020.

Susan is an entrepreneurial leader with a passion for building ventures, creating IP and innovating storytelling. She spent many years at Take 2 Interactive where she was a founder of 2K Games and 2K Sports. In addition to her current management roles, she is also a Visiting Fellow at University of South Wales, a Trustee for GamesAid, and increasingly called on to mentor local businesses and creative companies in South Wales.
