Kady Marriott is an Associate Partner at WithYouWithMe, a tech-driven talent solutions company. As a veteran spouse who transitioned from pharmaceutical research into tech, Kady understands the challenges of career shifts firsthand. Over the past three years, she has worked closely with public and private sector organisations, including some of the UK’s largest defence primes, to tackle underemployment and skills shortages. Kady’s focus is on creating innovative workforce solutions that bridge the gap between business needs and untapped talent pools, enabling companies to build diverse, resilient, and future-ready teams. Her passion for driving social impact and helping individuals access meaningful careers is at the core of her work.
