Hilary is an independent cultural consultant helping creative and cultural organisations worldwide with organizational, digital and content strategies that will make them more responsive and resilient in a fast-changing world. Her clients include artists, cultural SMEs, foundations, and public institutions.

Hilary combines 20 years’ experience of delivering digital and content strategies for creative and cultural organisationsthis with hands-on experience in strategic planning and implementation; creative leadership; developing content partnerships; delivering innovation projects; and creating change in organisational cultures.

Her previous roles include Senior Consultant with AEA Consulting, Director of Digital at Tate, and leadership positions at Film4, Channel 4, and the BBC.
