Speaker Biography

With nearly a decade of experience in immersive technology, Clorama has worked extensively in interaction design, prototyping, and XR app development. Beginning in 2015, Clorama pioneered VR-based bias training, demonstrating how positive reinforcement could reduce bias without inducing emotional distress. This early work set the foundation for her continued exploration of VR’s ability to create more effective, empathetic learning and working environments.

Since then, Clorama has developed and published numerous VR apps, co-founded a VR training startup that provided solutions for Fortune 500 companies, and joined Meta Reality Labs in 2019 as a Product Manager, where she played a key role in launching AI and VR features for the Oculus/Quest platform.

Clorama is passionate about immersive technologies with a human-centered design perspective to create impactful, immersive solutions that drive meaningful change.
