Brian Afande is the Co-founder and CEO of BlackRhino VR, a Creative TechCo. based in Nairobi, Kenya. A passionate advocate for technological transformation, Brian is driving the adoption of extended reality (XR) technologies across Africa. His mission is to empower the continent’s youth to become the next generation of XR innovators and inventors.

As a creative technologist, Brian harnesses his expertise in XR to create meaningful social impact and foster economic growth. He focuses on equipping young people with the skills and knowledge needed to develop cutting-edge ideas, new business models, and job opportunities that can address Africa’s development challenges and reshape its future.
