Speaker Biography
Vikki Heywood was Chair of 14-18 NOW, the UK’s arts programme for the First World War centenary. She was previously Chair of the Royal Society of Arts and Mountview Drama Academy; Executive Director of the Royal Shakespeare Company; Joint CEO of the Royal Court Theatre; a Board member of the National Theatre; and a trustee of the Foyle Foundation.
Vikki previously led the Warwick Commission on the Future of Cultural Value, and served on the Boards of the Society of London Theatre and the London 2012 Cultural Olympiad. She was awarded a CBE in 2012 and a damehood in 2020.
