\nCreated by Greener Games<\/em>, the team behind the globally successful Nature Treks VR<\/em> series, which has sold over 300,000 copies<\/strong> and reached thousands more through by NHS Trusts, universities, and wellbeing organisations worldwide, Harmony<\/strong> brings together over a decade of creative and clinical collaboration in immersive mental health technology.
\nHarmony is a new personalised XR therapeutic platform that allows people to create, explore, and reflect within calming, nature-inspired environments that adapt to their emotional state. At its core is the Environment Reflection Engine<\/em>, a system that learns from how users interact with these worlds, quietly observing environmental choices, patterns of stillness, and sensory preferences.
\nThis information forms a kind of Environmental DNA<\/strong>: a visual and behavioural record of what restores calm, what feels safe, and how emotional needs change over time. Harmony provides users and clinicians with insights that support self-regulation, recovery, and personalised therapy, without the need for self-reporting or language-based questionnaires.
\nThe platform is currently being piloted with Greater Manchester Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust, exploring its use in mental health, aged care, and rehabilitation settings. Early results suggest Harmony can help patients relax, reduce stress, and increase engagement with therapy, while offering clinicians a scalable, low-cost way to deliver wellbeing support.
\nHarmony\u2019s goal is to become an NHS-ready, accessible digital therapeutic, and suitable for deployment across inpatient, community, and remote care environments.
