Speaker Biography<\/h3>

Joanne Dunn is an experienced educator and director with a rich background in teaching and managing both in the UK and internationally. Throughout their career, they identified significant creative gaps in the curriculum, which they believed contributed to a decline in young people’s mental health. Recognising that students often struggled to find their purpose within a rigid educational framework, Joanne initiated innovative projects that fostered engagement and enhanced well-being. Witnessing the transformative impact on students, they realised the need for broader access to such initiatives. This inspired Joanne to establish an education and training centre as a social enterprise, dedicated to a student-led curriculum. Focusing on coaching, education, and training, the centre aims to empower students to discover their purpose while addressing the mental health crisis. Joanne is passionate about improving well-being and fostering a more inclusive and adaptable educational environment for all learners.<\/p>
