In this role, he has overseen the delivery of UNBOXED alongside the Ceremonies, Culture &amp; Queen\u2019s Baton Relay initiatives of the Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games.<\/p>\n<p>From 2014-2018, Phil was Director of Public Engagement for the UK City of Culture 2017 programme in Hull; before moving to The WOW Foundation to oversee their transition into an independent charity.
