Amanda McLaren is the Managing Director of AW Hainsworth in Leeds, where she is charged with leading the Business into a new era of growth, backed by family shareholder investment, which will support the long-term Business sustainability objectives.
\nAmanda has spent over 33 years in a Manufacturing Engineering environment; 15 of these years\u2019 operating at Senior Management and Board level, within the Textiles Sector.
\nPrior to her role at AW Hainsworth, Amanda held the post of Managing Director of James Heal of Halifax \u2013 a Global leader in Textile Testing Machinery and Standardised Consumable Products. This provided her with fantastic Global travel opportunities to visit Mills, Test Houses and premium brand Retailers alike. The Company\u2019s financial performance during her tenure as Managing Director, was very impressive.
\nAmanda has worked in other sectors, including Electronics, Automotive and Leisure.<\/p><\/p>
