Stephen Hilton has worked on Smart Cities since the term was first invented. Stephen is founder and Director of Bristol Futures Global Ltd, a leading consultancy that brings together people, organisations and ideas to create Smart and Sustainable Futures for all. He acts as strategic Adviser on Smart Cities and Regions to the West of England Combined Authority and is a Fellow of the University of Bristol. Stephen is also a Trustee of the Bristol Architecture Centre. Stephen has a severe visual impairment, which gives him a unique and valuable outlook on the world.
