Speaker Biography
Polly is a Professor of Psychology at Royal Holloway, University of London, where she is also Director of the Attention Lab and Audience Insights Lead for StoryFutures. Her research investigates human attention, awareness and multisensory experience, with a broad range of impacts in sectors including aviation safety, road transport and immersive storytelling. Within StoryFutures she leads large-scale interdisciplinary studies of audience experience and engagement across a variety of immersive technologies.
