Speaker Biography
Leo manages the R&D Science and Analysis Programme at the Department for Media, Culture & Sport. The Programme is focused on building cross-cutting, longer term, and experimental evidence to complement more traditional methods of evidence development within the Department. Prior to this, Leo worked in Higher Education, primarily in research grant capture, grant management, and research evaluation. He worked for six years at Alliance Manchester Business School, including on delivery of the School’s Research Excellence Framework 2021 submission, and support for the School’s Behavioural Research Laboratory and Data Visualisation Observatory.
