Speaker Biography

Damien is a founding partner of the design and innovation studio ISODESIGN, which specialises in media and interactive installations for clients across Cultural Heritage, Galleries and Museums, and Brand and Visitor attractions, across the UK and internationally.

His background was in creating club visuals and installations, which led to designing motion graphics for broadcast and film before working on some of TV’s early explorations of presenting interactive media online. In many ways, his work has come full circle with ISO’s work now focussed on large-scale, spatial media experiences.

The studio is a winner of the SXSW Interactive Award for Art and continues working closely with artists, performers and academia through their R&D unit isoLABS. The studio was one of the lead partners on StoryFuture Acadamy’s multi-award-winning STORYTRAILS project, the UK’s largest immersive storytelling experience.
