Speaker Biography
Charline Munzer works as project manager for the Creative Impact Research Centre Europe (CIRCE), an international Berlin-based project launched by u-institut in 2022. She has been involved in conceiving and setting up CIRCE and coordinates network and research activities around the topics of creative economies and transformative governance. Before that, she spend several years curating events and themes for the German Federal Government’s Centre of Excellence for the Cultural and Creative Industries and was engaged in several cultural and international initiatives. She has an academic background in European politics and intercultural studies.
